Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. This right applies only if no part of the service has been delivered or initiated (i.e., the blood draw or home visit has not taken place).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of £50. This fee will either be deducted from your refund amount or charged separately if payment has not yet been processed.

We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment to help us manage resources effectively.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at Reception@medicalroom.co.uk for further instructions. If the service has been scheduled but not yet performed, we will be happy to assist with the cancellation. Please note that once the service is provided (i.e., once the blood draw or home visit has taken place), the right of withdrawal will no longer apply.

If the service is cancelled in accordance with the right of withdrawal and has not yet been provided, you will receive a full refund. If any costs were incurred to prepare for the appointment or home visit, such as processing fees or equipment preparation, we may reduce the refund amount to cover those costs.

In the event of a right of withdrawal, your refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
